Start from Straddle Throne | Start from Straddle Throne | Stand at the back of the flyer and spot the hips |
Connect hands with the base and put weight into the arms, keep arms straight | Lower the flyer and connect hands with the flyer, keep arms straight | Make sure that the flyer does not shift too much on one side |
Unhook one foot, straighten and engage the leg and shift weight to the other side, slightly move the straight leg up | Keep the balance of the flyer while the weight is shifting asymmetrically | |
Rotate the straight leg forward and turn hips to other side so that base can reposition foot to the front part of the thigh | Reposition the foot on the straight leg of the flyer, crawling forward with the toes to place it on the front of the thigh | |
Release hands, find balance and sit up straight | Lower the flyer down, release hands and straighten the legs again | |
Bend the knee of the straight leg and grab the ankle with the hand on the same side | Keep the flyer balanced and stable | |
Move slowly and grab the foot also with the other hand, sliding the foot into the elbow | ||
Reach over your head with the opposite arm and try to connect the fingers. Breath and settle down in the pose. |
