Tanja: After stumbling into an AcroYoga Workshop in 2014
I got so excited that I couldn’t sleep for many nights. That
excitement made me involve myself into building up the Zürich
AcroYoga community, attend workshops, become a part of an Indian
AcroYoga community in Delhi during my exchange semester (yes
that’s where the Indian accent is from) and has finally led me
to complete my AcroYoga International Level 1 Teacher Training
in 2019. It keeps fascinating me how during AcroYoga strangers
start trusting and uplifting each other in order to overcome
boundaries and create things they never thought possible. That
human connection which interests me in AcroYoga is also
constituting a guiding principle in my professional life as a
social anthropologist and in my hobby the Argentinian tango.
Lisa: I discovered AcroYoga in 2016 when I studied in
California and my life has not been the same ever since.
Movement and connection through AcroYoga makes me happy and
always bringtens up my day - which is why I love to share it
with others by teaching the fundamental principles and elements
of this beautiful practice. I also teach Hatha Yoga and work as
a Software Engineer.
Albert: AcroYoga became a part of my life after I first
got introduced to it during my yoga teacher training. I was
infected instantely as I am very passionate about movement and
the body. Transitions and movement-awareness or
movement-control, exploring while focusing and breathing are the
pillars, connected to the elements, people and nature whenever
possible. For me, the path is the goal.
